This concept has two working principles: it collects rain water and produces electricity from wind energy with the help of wind generator. Base has water tank with capacity of 600 L.

Also there is water pump to make pressure in the system. It means that it is possible to connect rubber hose and use it for automatic watering. One more option is available, as it produces electricity, lamps for lightening can be added.
