Editorial Illustrations - Child Abuse

The editorial illustrations below come from Gazeta Wyborcza's "Wysokie Obcasy". The illustrated interview was given by Halszka Opfer who has recently published an autobiographical book in which she describes how she was abused as a child. She tells the story of her life in which there was no one who could prevent her father from harassing her and then - when she grew up to be a mother herself - her daughter. She discloses her relationship with her mother who witnessed everything and did nothing.

The illustrations were hand drawn with a pencil and coloured in PS.
