very nice mate :) but overall i dont like the ovals of the letters and numbers.... try to keep the logic from the B O Q in the numbers, the S..... etc....

not shure about digits but letters are quite interesting. Some suggestions:
D is out, U the same - speaking about width of the block. I think it's better to connect W - appreciated
