The tone/feeling I got while I was making it was:


A parent is shielding a small child's eyes from from the end of the world and everything going up in flames. The parent is trying to comfort their child by saying,

"DON'T WORRY, IT'S ALMOST OVER." already knowing that was over for them both, but still telling the child that everything was going to be alright.


I'm not exactly sure what this means, but it is, after all, a reflection of my conscious/subconsious... but then again, that's what art is.
