Dog Portraits

One of the greatest things about life is a mystery. Humans are continuously intrigued by the unknown. For me, dogs represent a huge mystery, and that is why I have been photographing them for the last 5 years. They are like little aliens who we come in close contact with everyday. I wonder what they are thinking, how they are feeling, what they would say to us if they could speak. We as humans can try to project what we feel they are saying to us, but we will never know for certain. Every time I photograph a dog, I try to unwrap a little of that mystery, to see a little further into what it means to be another creature.
