Description
Design by Nature is my personal work's core. A part photography, a part Graphic Design. Nature provides designs, I capture the angles with my camera, and put the images the way I saw them.

    This is my work where the basic design is already done by Nature. I just touch it with a little bit of intervention to show it as I saw it. No elements were added in post production. It's a work in progress as the core of my personal daily exploration.

  • Nature Designs. Mammoth Hot Springs. Hot water ascends through the limestone with dissolved minerals, acting as frozen waterfalls, painted on the stone.
  • Minerals dissolved in boiling water create the forms and add colors to the surface 
    surrounding the hot spring. Geyser Hill.
  • Dissolved limestone in contact with carbon dioxide carried in hot water coming from the deep. 
    A solid mineral reforms as is deposited, creating fascinating terraces.

  • Night covers Yellowstone Lake.
  • Rare kind of spring, born when the hot water ascends through the ancient limestone deposits of the area instead of the silica-rich lava flows of the hot springs common elsewhere in the park.

  • Flowing hot waters spill across the surface to sculpt magnificent travertine limestone terraces.
