Yanone Kaffesatz is a condensed humanist sans-serif of four weights designed by Jan Gerner for his own type foundry Yanone. It's cool free font (you can download it from Jan's site or many other places like dafont.com or fontsquirrel.com) and when i saw it, i fell in love with it at first sight. That's why i'm designed cyrillic for this.

Kaffeesatz loosely based on 1920's coffee house typefaces. It has a blunt stroke endings and overal slickness. I tried to repeate this features in cyrillic.

Comparison with original Latin
This slickness makes Kaffeesatz a very tasty look (especially in a bold style). I think it would look nice on the food or drinks packages.

Such as milk carton…

…or sugar bag.
I send e-mail to Jan about this work, but he didn't response and i didn't know why. Although it's free font, i can't distribute my version with cyrillic without his permission, sorry.
