Design and build of a new site for Crabtree Hall Business Centre.

Crabtree Hall Business Centre is a new prestigious office development in the A1 corridor, midway between Leeds and Newcastle. The Pybus family run a farming business in the area. They were motivated by a desire to create a sustainable enterprise that utilises the existing assets of the farm business to their full potential and fills a gap in the rural office space market.

The business centre site was originally a Georgian model farm, built in the 18th century by the renowned Yorkshire architect John Carr. Over the centuries traditional brick buildings have been added, that lend the whole site to be developed into a comprehensive range of eleven office units, ranging from 600 sqft to 2500sqft. Many of the original John Carr features have been retained. The new-build sections of the site are designed by a local architect to complete the original architecture as well as make a modern statement on the site. The superb transport links around Crabtree Hall and the majestic views over looking the dales across the vale of York make this an out standing opportunity for companies wanting to avoid congestion, pollution and associated costs of urban areas.

With a clean, user-friendly and easy to navigate design that will appeal to all types of people from all ages, conforming to W3C standards and accessibility.
