Chiulan House Factory / rebranding

Chiulan House Factory is the largest wood house factory (german-system) in the west part of Romania. White Collar designed a distinctive logo that combines both the german precision concept and the company's dynamic spirit. Case study comming soon.

Thank you for your kind words.. @Cris I know what you mean, but the main focus was to be readable and dynamic. In my opinion the kerning can be sacrificed for readability in all sizes. The dynamic is obtain by making the letters oblique and the rythm is gained by the matching witdh of the "pillar" found in all the letters. @Mr Bennington about the choice of colours: all the company's competitors have their ID colours matching the wood and the materials they work with. We wanted something different. Something that says we are a dynamic company, we are "german - precise" and we are ambitious. Also in the same business there are competitors that sell the "american wood house system" in contrast with Chiulan House Factory that sells the "german wood house system". There are main differences between the two. That was another important reason why we chose red and grey. Best Regards. PS. Sorry for my poor english.

I like the font ...I agree with Chris about kerning with i & u ...IMO red just doesn't seem appropriate with the business of the company.
