I love the photo you used, i think the overall composition can be improved by taking some elements out that me be distracting or that don't really serve a purpose. You may want the text to be more prominent as well, my eyes kinda have to search for it. I think its a really great start though, you're very talented!

The effects are well done, and work well visually, however i dont think this ad has much of a concept, using your technical skills along with a strong idea that drives and supports your message will make your ad much much better, hope this helps.
