The decision about the horizontality of the structure of the center of primary attendance wanted to distinguish the building within the urban surroundings in which it would be located, defined by the presence of blocks of houses with a height of six plants, generating in the context a dynamic balance between weave and architectonic piece. This horizontality allows, on the other hand, to reduce to the necessity of the use of stairs and elevators for patients and employees of the center and, also, to take advantage of the views on the sea and the green zone located in front of the entrance of the building, aspects that would revert positively in the quality of operation that this one would provide its users.
The organization of the space in the building settles down taking care of the necessity to differentiate the access points to the center from the dominant circulatory route as well as the one to create very differentiated areas that must offer service simultaneously to different functions and users.

La decisión acerca de la horizontalidad de la estructura del centro de asistencia primaria tuvo como motivo la voluntad de singularizar al edificio dentro del entorno urbano en el que sería ubicado, definido por la presencia de bloques de viviendas con una altura de seis plantas, generando en el contexto un equilibrio dinámico entre tejido y pieza arquitectónica. Esta horizontalidad permite, por otro lado, reducir la necesidad del uso de escaleras y ascensores para pacientes y empleados del centro y, asimismo, aprovechar las vistas sobre el mar y sobre la zona verde situadas frente a la entrada del edificio, aspectos que revertirían positivamente en la calidad de funcionamiento que éste proporcionaría a sus usuarios.
La organización espacial del centro se establece atendiendo a la necesidad de diferenciar los puntos de acceso al centro desde la vía circulatoria dominante así como la de crear áreas bien diferenciadas que simultáneamente debe ofrecer servicio a distintas funciones y usuarios.
