Web and logo proposal for new Clix Game Channel
Clix is a well known portuguese web portal, with different channels on it. They asked us to do a logo and web proposal for a Game Channel.
My concept to the logo was to deconstruct the current clix logo and take him all way back to the spectrum, and first consoles look, very pixelized like the games running on 8bits. The tipography on it makes the constrast, with a chromatic and future look - the 128bits. So the logo is a battle bettween the past and the present. I thought that this represents what all game lovers feels. Everyone loves the old games when we were young but we also like this new games full of visual effects.
The layout of the site maintans and gives strenght to this identity.
To bad that the project never went through.
