The homepage is divided in four columns, each representing a topic and/or contributor space. The four picture boxes are displaying a slideshow of different frames from the video podcast.
This would be a typical contributor page/space, listing all his/her videos plus infos and a video player showing the latest contribution.
The about page of the website, I really like the color palette.
