This compositions are very personal so it's hard and difficult to suggest thinks. I like the "retouch-painting" treatment of the girl, the b&w mix with a few colors and the textures. I probably will work more on giving depth to the background. Anyway, I think the most importat thing here is, what do you want to tell with the composition and if you get it or not.

Merdanchick should learn some manners, rather than saying that give some constructive critism. I think you have potential, and need to keep exploring what you are doing. look at marrying things together a little tighter, rather than having random bits here and there. Also try keep visual unity between elements, and if you are doing the opposite on purpose over state it! good luck, keep working on this and lets see where it goes :D
