I was given the job of designing a website for Baristador Coffee. A company founded by Steve Davis www.stevedavis.com.au - a marketing and communications virtuoso.
The site was designed from scratch - apart from the logo which had already been designed by another company. I was given almost complete creative freedom with the site - which was fantastic, there really is nothing better when you're a designer so i made the most of it. The site features an antique style design - it really had to be unique and give a sense of class so i tried to work that into the design as much as possible without taking away from the usability of the site. I also designed a retro looking coffee machine which is well worth a look, you can find it on the Coffee Estimator page. The Coffee Estimator was coded by www.alltraders.com.
Apart from designing the site i also developed the template using an open source CMS so the site not only looks nice but it works extremely well and is very easy to update and customise.
