flavored honey candy with spices - [Developing a new product on the market is no easy task. That’s what I ask my students to do on the first project of the session. If innovation in the package is at the heart of our research at UQAM, it also involves the design of the product itself. The packaging have to carry, group and protect the product, ultimately it must also accompany the product in a positive and ideally unique experience. This is what most manufacturers forget. The packaging is not an element added to the product, but integrated into it.
Anne-Marie Brouillette concept consists of a flavoured honey candy with saffron or other spices in a refined melting experience with tea, herbal tea or other comforting liquids.]
