La Te Da in Key West, Florida is a hotel, restaurant and cabaret with a colorful history. Cuban revolutionary, Jose Marti, made it his residence while in this country and made his independence speech from the Balcony.
The client was looking for an image that would work in a number of applications, including a commemorative historical poster for the anniversary of Cuban Independence.
Flat architectural rendering in Illustrator. We did multiple color tests on both the primary building color and background of various applications. Plants on balcony direct homage to David Lance Goines.
