Annaffiatoio_a_luce lamp creates an emotional link between energy waste and water consumption. It's an interactive and metaphoric object as you have actually to "pour the light" to turn it on (by using a mercury-free tilt switch).
Environmental awareness drove the whole design process: the chip-on-board led module chosen as light source provides high efficiency and low consumption, and every component can be easily disassembled for higher recyclability (just snap joints, no screws).
