This summer Chris Weston won a commission to photograph the world’s most endangered species and to document the issues and personal stories of those people affected by and affecting the plight of the natural world. The project will take over two years to complete and will involve assingnments in many locations off the beaten track, including Cameroon, Gabon, Nigeria, Sumatra and Vietnam, as well as some of the more obvious destinations, such as Madagascar, North America, India and North and sub-Saharan Africa.
