Aloha!

This poster series was created a few years ago for a global warming awareness non-profit. When everyone in the class was bringing in images with skulls in smoke coming out of exhaust pipes, cities buried under terrible floods & the entire globe engulfed in flames -- I wanted to create something that was a little more clever and humorous. The idea was born to create a postcard to currently arctic locations advertising them as the tropical destinations of the future! Siberian beaches here we come! 

Here is some detail shots of the letters. The type was hand drawn and vectorized in illustrator.
