ANGIE....MY MUSE

This is a poster I created after I digitally manipulated this foto I took of ANG. All created in photoshop. I was later commisioned to create a flyer for a local Miami poetry function, so I used this same image for the piece. ANG inspires me very much.

So here I took her image and made monochrome and added stars because Angie loves stars, so basically this "new" image was built around her interests like stars and poetry and sketching, shes an artist as well. The stars were added thru Indesign and applying filters, with the end result being....

...this, I know you can't make out the lettering, but it was a real hit with the girls in the SWAN orginization. After this was created I was approached again by another orginization for work on their flyers as well.
