Objective// Design an invitation to the opening of a museum exhibition. Invitation must be 3 dimensional and mailable.
I chose the Art Gallery of New South Wales as my museum. The exhibit was the 16th Biennale of Sydney, Revolutions - Forms That Turn. The exhibit included art that involved rotating, mirroring, repeating, reversing, turning upside down or inside out, and changing perspectives. I designed the invitation to be viewed upside down or rightside up. Popups are inside the invitation with the exhibit information. The arrows inside suggest a direction the card can be viewed from. The backside information is also turned for a different perspective.
