In the absence of information about an intervention in the public garden behind Multimeios’ center in Espinho, on the 9th march of 2009, I thought of myself on being in front of an artistic installation, by the formal remarks comparing with the work of Rachel Whiteread, as well as for the proximity of a place where cultural events take place.

After questioning various persons from the center, I was informed that it wasn’t an artistic installation but the foundation of the future provisory installations of the city Finances.

Because there was no indication of the project that was still in its foundations, it took initiative of appropriating the site. I’ve put a warning on the sidewalk in front of the foundations of the future building, in everything identical to the construction warnings, but with a title, the dimensions, the materials and the author of the piece.
