While I have chosen professionally to pursue a career in marketing I can never abandon art; and while I don't intend to pursue it as my vocation, having the extensive and ongoing background in art that I have will invariably help me in any profession where creative thinking is required.

Embellished is a local establishment in the greater Seattle area which offers an evening of wine, enjoyment, and personalized painting instruction. Working with them has been and continues to be a wonderful way for me to connect my passion for art with real-world business strategies and consumer satisfaction.

As an intern for the Edmonds Arts Festival I assisted in the set up of the festival, particularly working with the selection of young artists' work. During this period my paintings were also displayed in the Edmonds School District Offices.
