How are projects "featured" in the main Gallery?

All projects that are published and "open to everyone" are streamed in the Behance gallery and are eligible to be "featured" by the Behance Editorial Team. "Featured" simply means that these project are viewable under the "featured" filter. All projects are viewable under the other filters in the gallery.
