I am adaptable to the views of the new breed of emergent workers, in that I am willing to seek out challenges and not afraid of change. And even though I prefer a more progressive work environment, I am most defiantly willing to accept and retain more conventional workplace values. And although job security would most certainly be an ideal scenario, I realize that in today’s economy and business world such an offer is fairly rare.
