That's great! I love Adrian Frutiger. Are you familiar with the slab serif "Clarendon?"
Apparently it was created by Robert Besley in 1845, and eventually reworked, and improved upon by Hermann Eidenbenz in 1953. It's a pretty dope font.

Anyway, I checked the work of Erik Nitsche for General Dynamcis. His work is truly inspiring. Thanks for sharing that.

When I was just starting out as a design, I used to look a lot at Pentagram's portfolio. I'm a big fan of the work that Erik Nitsche did for General Dynamics in the '50s. Lately, I've been experimenting with some small independent type designers. And I love anything designed by Adrian Frutiger.

I have to say, Colorcubic has always been a huge fan of U&L (Upper & Lowercase). It has been a very strong influence as far as choosing specific type for projects, whether personal, or client based.

Another influence has been a lot of the older Ogilvy and Mather publications, dating back to mid - late 70s, to the early - mid 80s. One in particular is "Ogilvy on Advertising." Definitely worth checking out.
