I often find myself leading great consulting projects where I would like to create a core group of really good professional in different areas.
However, every time I start I find myself pulling in people who I know, or who knows someone I know. And when it comes to the end I realize that I did not get the best person for the job but rather, the best available to me.
Does anyone have a good way of surfing around the net and actually finding those that have great talent and can contribute to a specific project?
