What is a general rate for storyboarding? While I know this depends on a number of different factors, does anyone have an idea?

I have a project I was offered and I need to create an estimate. It's a 30 sec. commercial w/ 19 frames they want me to create. Moderate detail and in color.

Although I'm a professional designer/illustrator, I don't have specific experience with storyboarding... so anyone have some ideas?
