Here are some of the final images from Spain. We started this project with the direction from Martin (Untitled) to focus on the idea of infinity. We put the call out and ended up working with roughly 20 KDU members from around the world. Our idea was to create 8 original pens or quills - then have Lex do special circular calligraphy using the pens. Our close friend, Howie at Alpine Creative Group specially embossed full sheets of cold pressed 180 pound card stock with KDU logos - then Lex created 5 original pieces for the show. The text focused on ancient greek curses. Luckily not too many people read calligraphic greek. The art work, along with pieces from Bob Partington and others will tour with the Untitled exhibition to 8 different European cities this spring.
