Felicia Atanasiu is a Canadian based illustrator and a graduate of Ontario College of Art and Design.
Since graduation, Felicia has worked on a variety of online and print marketing, promotional and publishing assignments, including CD covers, magazine editorials, packaging, greeting cards, postcards, brochures and fashion illustration. Her working technique involves hand tinting photos, pencil, watercolor, graphic design and adding textures to her pieces. The combination of naturalistic drawn elements with abstract backgrounds, textiles, patterns and photography creates a visual fantasy that speaks to a range of clients. Felicia Atanasiu's illustration practice covers fashion, editorial, book, advertising, portraiture and institutional. The subtle qualities of Felicia's crafted illustrations can be described as exquisite, humanistic, decorative and imaginative.
Felicia's work carries a strong personal point of view inspired from her native Romania, avant-garde fashion, culture, ancient architecture, abstract expressionism and the 70's.
