Better known simply as ‘Wing’ amongst my friends and colleagues thanks to a childhood nickname that’s stuck, i’ve been working as a freelance illustrator and graphic designer for over 14 years. Working from my studio near Cheddar, UK, I’ve come to specialise in traditional brush, pen and ink illustration combined with digital and vector elements. My work has been featured in Computer Arts magazine, Photoshop Creative, Disorder Magazine, Martin Dawber’s ‘The Big Book of Fashion Illustration’ and also published around the world in a popular series of children’s novelty & pop-up books. I have a growing and varied client list with work ranging from children’s toys to burlesque posters. My inspiration is mainly drawn from contemporary American masters such as Drew Struzan, Norman Rockwell, J.C. Leyendecker and Dave Stephens, just to mention a few.

I’m available for hire on a freelance basis and happy to discuss potential jobs and provide estimates and samples on request.
