Co-founded Opal Agency, Missouri State University first student-run advertising agency dedicated to helping organizations fulfill their campaign needs.

Work alongside the CEO to help maintain Opal's image and supervise a committee of board members through its continual growth as a business.

Personally designed Opal Agency's identity and brand image, developed a mission statement and a constitution with a committee of directors.

Tasks include:

Develop advertisement campaigns that involve producing branding guidelines, plansbooks, and various campaign services for local businesses, non-profit organizations, and student organizations.

Serve as Head of Creative Services by working with clients, managing a team of Creatives, and producing innovative brand strategies and forms of promotion.

Manage three departments: Creative, Production, and Digital Media.

Implement and produce the creative aspects of advertisement and

Coordinate with a team of various graphic designers to establish con-jointed
