I graduated in 2008 from the BFA Photography program at The School of Visual Arts. I've been pursuing photography, multimedia, and video projects since then. My work has been shown at The Visual Arts Gallery in NYC, the Joyce Gordon Gallery in Oakland, CA, the Jenny Jaskey Gallery in Philadelphia, PA, the Media Lounge New Media Art Festival in Brooklyn, Salon del Mobile in Milan, Italy, 32 Greene St. and the James Salomon Gallery in NYC. As an artist who grew up fascinated with fictional utopias, I see my work as a conduit that encourages people to contemplate the largest questions in our universe. I believe that it is only through the search for the largest answers that humanity has the chance to come together.

My art attempts to illustrate the beauty of, and instill a comfort with, the unknown. Each investigation develops as a linear progression of questions and experiments, with the resulting form of the work often taking the form of a short series.

Each project represents a pointed inquiry into my personal unknown, piece by piece tackling and attempting to understand new components of the larger, infinite unknown that is our universe. Read Less
