Creative direction, operations, budgets and personnel management, development and executions of the Creative Services departments: Graphic Design/Packaging, Copy, Promotional Video and Digital & Interactive.

Lead and direct the development of all brand identity, product design, packaging and advertising and promotions in print and digital realms. Utilize a process starting with consumer research and the creative brief, followed by production and execution, and concluding with postmortems to evaluate success performance and identify strategies to be adjusted for future projects.

Lead designer for high profile and high impact brands with large revenues attached to performance. Includes logo design, branding, identity, packaging, print design, print ads, direct mail, POS, digital ads, and interactive experiences.
