I am a brazilian photographer, working with fashion, advertising, beauty and music.
My eyes are probably the most intact and aware organ of my body. Photography is a fascination that sort of comes naturally. It allows me to explore other people and surroundings, as well as myself. My tastes vary from surrealism to photojournalism to impressionism. I love looking at photography through which I can feel the connection between the subject and the photographer. Geometric patterns and strange concepts always captivated me. I equally respect color and black&white, as well as digital and film. I respect film a little more, actually. Some of my favorites are Diane Arbus, David LaChapelle, Helmut Newton, Vitaliy Bakhvalov, James Nachtwey, Paul Strand, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Rankin, Zack Gold, Guy Bourdin, Lana Slezic, Sebastiao Salgado, Steven Meisel, Bruce Weber...
