Michael Alfuso has been heavily involved in the action sports industry for the past four years, working closely with the growing longboard skate scene. He has worked as a cameraman and editor, producing promotional videos for skateboard and wheel distributors including Honey Skateboards, Abec11, and the Arbor Collective. Alfuso’s close involvement with Abec11 and their creation of the documentary web series “Sk8Trip”, has aided in the progression of downhill skateboarding, shedding light on the lives of the athletes and promoting a strong sense of community. Many of his works target the youthful energy surrounding extreme sports, but also showcase the beautiful landscapes that harbor the sport.
