Alexander Noe was raised in Connecticut, in the United States by parents with a love of travel and the arts. Attending private academic institutions throughout his life, he excelled at his studies, as well as his social and artistic endeavors. After graduating with honors from Syracuse University he moved to New York City and turned his efforts towards photography and the digital arts creating dramatic and striking imagery used in magazines, advertisements and as artwork.
Currently focusing on his third in a series of collaborative works as well as preparing for his first solo show Alexander Noe has quickly become a staple on the New York City art and fashion scene. With no formal study, this self-taught photographer focuses on a logical and well thought-out, yet uniquely spiritual approach to his passion. Preferring the instant appeal and pleasure created at the initial moment of viewing over the so-called intellectual, brooding, and oft times cryptic nature of much modern art, he strives to create images that are undeniably beautiful as well as timeless.
