My primary focus is creative direction at the intersection of advertising, design and branding for clients from the automotive, sport, technology, lifestyle and entertainment industries. Typical projects are commercials, brandfilms, integrated campaigns, audio-visual experiences, digital branding, on-air-design, titlesequences and all the hybrid forms of interactive and cinematic storytelling in the emerging digital realm.
After working at some of the industries leading designstudios such as Imaginary Forces in New York, Sehsucht in Hamburg and Prologue in Los Angeles, I have been building the motion/film/digital unit of Germany's »most creative design agency« (Horizont Magazine) – Mutabor Design– in Hamburg for the last 3 years. Here, I directed and collaborated on integrated projects from small and local to big and international.
Over the last 8 years I have completed projects for BMW Group, Audi AG, Deutsche Bundesliga, the Academy Awards, ESPN, the Mercedes-Benz Museum, Samsung, the Museum of Modern Art in New York, Rotring and Clariant AG. I am also involved in the academic side of design as an external examiner for the media design programme at the »Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg«. Read Less
