I am a graduate from the University of Minnesota Graphic Design College and have spent most of my life in Minnesota. The few years I have spent out of school I have spent working on projects as they have come. Mostly freelance. A few logos here and there, some branding, a website or two.
I haven't yet found that career that you can picture yourself a part of in 5 years. So I started a side project a little greeting card company, Turtle Notes, that I design cards for holidays, birthdays and that sort.
I have a lot of interests that have built up quite the extensive skill set: I can cook, bake, sew, craft, build, draw, paint, and design. I excel at using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and am above average at InDesign and Flash. I spend some of my free time looking up tutorials online finding new ways to use these programs, so if I don't know how to do something I know where I can find out. I am very resourceful and usually find clever and simple solutions to tasks and problems. I like to be efficient and effective, and above all put out quality work.
I know this is kind of a ramble, I wasn't sure of what to write here, and I don't really like talking about myself, I am very much the introvert. Read Less
