Logo redesign for the newspaper Sport, one of Spain's most iconic sports newspapers, closely associated with FC Barcelona.

The idea was to modernize the logo while maintaining its essence. We wanted to continue with the overlapping letters of the old logo but eliminating the thin line that separated them.

This is the result: very geometric letters with these cuts/inktraps that remind us of the old logo but make it much cleaner and ready for use at any size.

Being set up as a variable font, these inktraps can be made larger for smaller weights.
