TARGET AUDIENCE
Individuals, ages 30 to 60, who want to minimize workplace dysfunction through a consultant.

BACKGROUND
This is a consulting brand centered around mending workplace relationships and building better functions and processes for organizational health.

OVERVIEW
This brand is directed at individuals who need assistance with managing organizational health. To represent this I needed to design a brand identity that centered around three core values: integrity, charity, and unity.

After researching other consulting companies for organizational health, I discovered what elements were necessary for success. The brand name is Trellis which agriculturally, a trellis is a structure that lifts a plant or vine off of the ground. In doing so, it relieves the burden on the plant to promote its health. I had the idea to model the logo after a lattice which is similar to a trellis in its purpose and use 3 overlapping boxes to indicate the 3 areas where the company would do its main work: people, processes, and projects.

I chose a color palette of dark green, black, and light green interchangeably to showcase health and boldness. The font selected for the main “Trellis Consulting” needed to be professional yet unique, little square boxes are included in the tittle of the “i” to match the lattice-like logo.
