Graphics Project Manager
Job Description:
Looking for experienced Project Manager/Associate Producer with experience working across various creative projects including Graphic Design, Signage Layout, Video and Media production.. You would be tasked with managing projects that include team members from 1 (yourself) to up to 6-7 designers. Best candidates would be able to be proactive and highly organized Graphics Coordinator to support our design team in delivering standout creative collateral. Should be familiar with virtual collaboration platforms (Google Suite, Microsoft Office 365 and Notion collaboration tools). Technical proficiency in these tools would be a plus. Must be self managing and show extremely high attention to detail.
Qualifications
Overall project management skills including timelines, prioritization, and execution of creative tasks; managing multiple projects from conception to completion while meeting deadlines
Experience working with creative agencies and production houses on creative campaigns
Ability to communicate and deal effectively with diverse individuals in a professional manner
Familiarity of graphic design fundamentals
Some experience in the Adobe Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop is a plus
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to design
2-3 years of experience in creative project coordination, or a similar role in a creative agency environment
Proficiency with project management software (AirTable, Asana) and Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of print requirements
Excellent time-management skills and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent leadership qualities and project management ability
