Social Media Creative Strategist (Performance Creative Strategist)

Project Description


We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Social Media Creative Strategist to develop and execute high-performing social media campaigns that drive conversions and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). 


You will be responsible for developing our content strategy and crafting engaging content that resonates with our target audience and attracts new customers at scale.


Responsibilities:


* Develop a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with our overall marketing goals and target audience.

* Conduct in-depth audience & competitor research to identify trends, understand user behavior, and inform creative direction.

* Conceptualize and create compelling social media content across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) that captures attention and drives conversions.

* This may include images, videos, stories, reels, and other engaging formats.

* Develop a strong brand voice and visual identity for our social media presence.

* Manage social media ad campaigns across platforms, with a focus on optimizing creative assets for maximum performance and ROAS.

* Analyze social media campaign data (e.g., reach, engagement, click-through rates) and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.

* Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and advertising formats.

* Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive brand experience across channels.

* Provide regular reports on social media performance and key metrics.


Qualifications:


* Proven experience developing and executing high-performing social media campaigns for e-commerce businesses, preferably in the beauty and skincare industry (a portfolio showcasing results is a plus).

* Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms and best practices.

* A creative mind with a passion for developing engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.

* Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Bonus Points:


* Experience with influencer marketing & briefing content creators.

* Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or able to clearly brief team members to achieve desired outcomes.

* A passion for skincare and the beauty industry.
