What would you be doing?
- Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
- Develop visually compelling motion graphics and static designs for various marketing campaigns, social media, app, and the website.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while meeting tight deadlines.
- Generate ideas to deliver as propositions as per the brief
- Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality output
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our projects
- Liaise with marketing and product teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Work closely with the brand and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency across all digital platforms and maintain brand consistency and quality across all visual content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, especially Ai graphic tools.
- Track metrics and data to continuously improve on creative projects
Superpowers you’ll need to be a success in this role?
- 2-3 years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and graphic design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) & FIGMA
- Proficiency in Ai lead design/graphic tools
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively under pressure.
- Street-smart, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- The candidate needs excellent communication (written and verbal) and confident presentation skills in order to pitch ideas and also explain their ideas to members of their creative team.
- The ability to utilize data-driven insights in developing design strategy. Also strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to lead, supervise and execute production projects from concept through delivery.
