What would you be doing?

1. Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
2. Develop visually compelling motion graphics and static designs for various marketing campaigns, social media, app, and the website.
3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while meeting tight deadlines.
4. Generate ideas to deliver as propositions as per the brief
5. Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality output
6. Maintain brand consistency throughout all our projects
7. Liaise with marketing and product teams to ensure deadlines are met
8. Work closely with the brand and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency across all digital platforms and maintain brand consistency and quality across all visual content.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, especially Ai graphic tools.
10. Track metrics and data to continuously improve on creative projects

Superpowers you’ll need to be a success in this role?

1. 2-3 years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and graphic design skills.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) & FIGMA
3. Proficiency in Ai lead design/graphic tools
4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively under pressure.
6. Street-smart, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
7. The candidate needs excellent communication (written and verbal) and confident presentation skills in order to pitch ideas and also explain their ideas to members of their creative team.
8. The ability to utilize data-driven insights in developing design strategy. Also strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to lead, supervise and execute production projects from concept through delivery.
