Project Notes:
This project was a redesign which I helped with and rebuild of their previous site into wordpress which I spearheaded. I provided maintenance, management, and updates for this site as Sr. Developer for approximately 3 years.
The goal was to update the look and feel of the site as it was quite dated, to better organize their current product catalogue and to create a more user friendly consumer experience, and we succeeded on all counts. The site was developed using divi as the theme builder and WooCommerce as the commerce plugin. It was originally developed with a fully filterable store, but it seems with a reduction in their catalogue size there is no necessity for this anymore and it has been removed.
Also integrated into this site are are a contest system and recent purchases slide in display.
I departed from this project 2 years ago and since then very little has changed regarding design or functionality beyond removal of the filter system.
